1. Acceptance
By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Services
We provide professional seasonal services in the Greater Toronto Area, operated by Shinobi Alliance from Brampton, Ontario.
3. Accounts
Account creation via Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for your credentials.
4. Pricing
Payments processed via Square. Pricing based on property size, tier, surface material, and seasonal frequency. Credits subject to Dual-Wallet: Base (50% rollover) and Bonus (use-it-or-lose-it).
5. Service Levels
Weather-dependent delivery. Tiers from Genin to Hokage with varying trigger depths and response windows.
6. GPS Data
Fleet GPS data collected for route optimization, geofencing, and service verification.
7. Property Access
You grant crews reasonable access. Before/after photos taken for quality assurance.
8. Cancellation
Seasonal: 30-day notice, pro-rated refund. Per-service: 24-hour advance cancellation.
9. Liability
Limited to contracted service value. Not liable for weather delays or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
Laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes resolved in Ontario courts.
